Isolated Phases Bus Duct

Specifically designed for power plant and large switching station applications, the Novolecs all-welded isolated phase bus duct (Miniflux) provides reliable operation with a minimum of maintenance. The bus is designed for easy installation and meets all applicable safety standards.

Telescopic Disconnect Switches

Using Novolecs’ telescopic disconnect switch allows operators to reduce the shutdown time required for generator inspection and repair work. The switch is able to isolate the generator in less than ten seconds.

Blades Disconnect Switches

Novolecs’ blades switches can be used inside switchgears or custom-designed compartments in power plants and industrial applications. These switches are designed for high-current applications. They provide quick and easy circuit isolation.

The switches can be mounted in non-segregated, segregated or isolated phases configurations. The enclosure are made of aluminum or steel. Single or three phase switches are available.

Wind Bus Bars

The bus bars system is made of two three-phases assemblies. One assembly is used for the rotor and one for the stator. A grounding bar is also attached to each assembly.

Circular non-segregated bus duct

The circular metal-clad bus duct is a non-segregated 3-phases assembly designed for operation at 4.16KV, 13.8KV and 34.5KV systems.  The bus duct comprises three tubular aluminum or copper conductors arranged in a triangular configuration within a tubular aluminum enclosure.  The conductors are supported in the enclosure by a delta clamp assembly.

Min-I-Phase bus Duct

Our unique Min-I-Phase bus duct design is a miniature version of our isolated phase bus duct. It provides the same reliability and safety characteristics.

Generator Enclosures

Novolecs provides, to generator manufacturers, various generator accessories compartments.

Switchgears

Novolecs manufactures medium voltage switchgears and fixed breaker compartments. The switchgears may include disconnect switches and breakers.

E-houses

The electrical houses are prefabricated walk-in modular metal enclosures.  They comprise medium and low voltage switchgears as well as other auxiliary equipment.
